The Medical Group at Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall is located in the heart of the Hudson Valley with office locations in the Town of Newburgh, on Route 300 and on Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall’s Cornwall campus, in the quintessential town of Cornwall, NY.

The Newburgh Office offers Primary Care, an Anemia Center, and outpatient laboratory services.

The Cornwall Office offers Primary Care, a comprehensive Weight Loss Management program with medication assisted treatment or bariatric surgery offered as options to assist patients in achieving a healthy weight. Also available are a wide range of surgical subspecialties, including general and elective surgery, as well as cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Additional services include endocrinology, the treatment of infectious disease, pain management, women’s health and palliative care.

Both office locations offer same day appointments and walk-ins for patient in need of services.
