The Kreisberg Family Center for Pain Management is conveniently located in the Medical Group at our Cornwall Campus, 19 Laurel Avenue, Cornwall, NY. Additionally, all procedures will be performed at Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall’s Newburgh campus, located at 70 Dubois Street, Newburgh.

Pain Management services include diagnosis and treatment to those dealing with chronic pain as a result of an injury or illness, including that of the back or neck. The Center’s board-certified physicians and other clinicians are committed to the comfort and well-being of patients.

We offer comprehensive, compassionate, progressive treatment tailored to your pain. Patients often turn to our pain management center if other treatments have no worked and they are not yet ready for surgery.
